Damage & defective parts

In the interest of sustainability it is becoming ever more important to develop products that are durable and repairable. When developing our homefarm we therefore set ourselves the goal that all components can be replaced without any problem, entirely in line with the "cradle-to-cradle" approach.

If you have a problem with a component of your homefarm, minifarm or weefarm, you don't have to go looking for a new product straight away. Instead you can simply send an email to happy@urbanhive.de. We will then send you either spare parts or a replacement product.

Of course, despite careful packaging it can always happen that a product is damaged during transport.

With our homefarm, minifarm and weefarm we want to make a contribution to countering the throwaway society and offer you a product that gives you pleasure for a long time.
