Payment and shipping

The following terms apply:

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

Shipping costs (incl. statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping of homefarm and minifarm is free of charge within Germany. We charge shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):

up to €58.99 – shipping – €4.99
from €59.00 – free shipping

International deliveries:
We charge shipping costs for international deliveries based on weight:

EU (Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg)
Premium shipping – €14.99 EUR
Premium shipping (0 kg–2 kg) – €9.99 EUR

EU (Italy, France, Spain)
Premium shipping – €24.99 EUR
Premium shipping (0 kg–2 kg) – €14.99 EUR

Switzerland
Premium shipping – CHF 29.99
Premium shipping (0 kg–2 kg) – CHF 19.99

Provision of digital content:
No shipping costs are charged for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form). Digital content is sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Digital content is made available to you via a link communicated by email. This email containing the access details for the provision of the digital content is sent within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Digital content is made available to you in your customer account. It is provided within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). You will also be informed about the provision by email.

Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods are delivered within Germany within 3–5 working days and for international deliveries within 5–10 working days after conclusion of the contract (where advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
