Gnocchi with arugula
Rocket is a true vitamin bomb.
With a whopping 62 mg per 100g, rocket contains significantly more vitamin C than an orange. The bitter compounds it contains have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects in our bodies. In addition, these bitter compounds stimulate organs such as the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas, which promotes nutrient absorption, facilitates digestion, and can even curb cravings.

When cravings strike, you need something quick. You can whip up this Gnocchi with Rocket in just 20 minutes.
Gnocchi with Rocket in Cheese Sauce
With fresh salad from the farm, some gnocchi, and a little cheese, we'll show you how to quickly and easily create a delicious and vitamin-rich meal.
Everything you need (3 servings):
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml milk
- 100 g cream cheese
- 20 g flour
- 30 g butter
- a little oil
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 600 g gnocchi
- 100 g rocket
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
Let's go
Step 1: Finely dice the onions and garlic and sauté them in a pan with butter until translucent.
Step 2: Add the flour and let it brown slightly. While stirring, add the milk and vegetable broth.
Step 3: Add the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Let everything reduce over medium heat.
Step 4: Meanwhile, fry the gnocchi with a little oil for about 10 minutes.
Step 5: Wash the tomatoes, halve them, and add them to the sauce. Let it cook briefly, then add the gnocchi.
Step 6: For conventional rocket from the supermarket, the rocket must be thoroughly washed. If it comes from the homefarm, this step is of course not necessary.
Finally, arrange everything on a deep plate with the freshly picked rocket. Done.
Bon appétit!
