| 50 g | 50 salad (e.g. Lolo) |
| 1/2 Pad | Microgreens Arugula |
| 1/2 | small red onion |
| as desired | Tomatoes, bell peppers, or feta |
| 4 tablespoons | Oil |
| 2 tablespoons | Balsamic vinegar |
| as desired | Salt and pepper |
Instructions:
