Crisp, fresh salad with microgreens

Here's a salad recipe for crisp, fresh salad with microgreens straight from your farm. This recipe is great as a side dish. If you're still wondering how many grams of salad per person you should use, then take the following values.

Appetizer: 80 grams per person

Side dish: 50 grams per person

Main course: 300 grams per person

For one serving you need:
50 g 50 salad (e.g. Lolo)
1/2 Pad Microgreens Arugula
1/2 small red onion
as desired Tomatoes, bell peppers, or feta
4 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
as desired Salt and pepper

 

Instructions:

  1. Harvest the lettuce from the farm and place it in a bowl. Pay attention to the correct harvesting technique (outer leaves). If you harvest a little from several types of lettuce, you'll have more for longer.
  2. Add the arugula microgreens.
  3. Slice the onion into thin rings and add.
  4. Garnish with your favorite ingredients.
  5. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a container and mix well.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
