Microgreen Tomato Salad

| 1/2 Pad | Arugula Microgreens |
| 2 Handfuls | Cherry Tomatoes |
| 1/2 tbsp | Balsamic Vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | Rapeseed Oil |
| 1 Pinch | Salt and Pepper |
| 1 tbsp | Salad Croutons |
- Wash and halve the tomatoes and put them in a bowl.
- Harvest the microgreens and add them over the tomatoes.
- Add oil and balsamic vinegar and mix well.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add croutons. Done!
