Chive Recipe: Chive Quark
Chives are a real nutrient bomb. They contain high amounts of vitamin K, which is important for blood clotting and bone health. They are also rich in vitamins A and C, both of which strengthen the immune system. Minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and iron are also found in chives.

Chives can be used raw or lightly cooked in a variety of dishes. They are excellent as a garnish for soups, salads, egg dishes, and potato dishes. They also add a fresh touch to dips, sauces, and herb butter. Here's a dip.

| 250 g | quark |
| 10 stalks | chives |
| 3 tablespoons |
milk |
| 1 | clove of garlic |
| salt and pepper | to taste |
Instructions:
- Finely chop the chives and mix with the quark.
- Peel the garlic and press it into the quark.
- Stir in the milk and season with salt and pepper.
- Optionally garnish with microgreens.
