Microgreen Tomato Mozzarella Bread
| 2 slices | Bread |
| 1/2 pad | Arugula Microgreens |
| 1/2 ball | Mozzarella or vegan alternative |
| 1 handful | Cherry tomatoes |
| 1 tbsp | Rapeseed oil |
| 1 pinch | Salt and pepper |
- Heat oil in a pan and fry bread slices until crispy on both sides.
- Wash tomatoes, halve them, and place them on one of the bread slices.
- Slice mozzarella and place it on top of the tomatoes.
- Harvest microgreens and add them over the tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Place the second slice of bread on top and press down gently. Halve the bread in the middle. Done!
