Crispy Rosemary Wedges

For two servings, you need:
2 sprigs Rosemary
250g Potatoes
1 tablespoon Olive oil
to taste Salt
to taste Pepper
0.5 pad Microgreens

 

Instructions:

  1. Clean potatoes and cut into wedges.
  2. Pick rosemary leaves from the sprigs and chop roughly.
  3. Mix potato wedges with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Arrange everything, garnish with microgreens, and enjoy.
