For two servings you need:
to taste Oyster mushrooms
tablespoons Olive oil
1 Clove of garlic
125 g Basmati rice
1 Bell pepper
to taste Salt and pepper

 

Here's how: 

  1. Cook rice according to package directions and cut mushrooms and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic.
  3. Add oyster mushrooms and bell pepper to the pan and fry over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
