Dandelion
Dandelion is one of the most nutritious native leafy greens and provides exceptionally high amounts of Vitamin C, Vitamin A and especially Vitamin K (approx. 700 µg per 100 g). The young leaves are ideal for salads, smoothies or pestos and offer a natural combination of bitter compounds, minerals and antioxidant plant compounds.
Caution: Dandelions from the roadside can be contaminated with exhaust fumes, pesticides or animal faeces. The safest way to enjoy them is from your own, controlled cultivation – fresh, clean and guaranteed free of pollutants.

Growing is very easy with the plant capsules:
Simply place the capsule in one of your empty plant baskets, and in a few weeks, you can enjoy your first harvest.
Due to the special design of the plant basket, the capsule is always supplied with the correct amount of water. This way, your plant can neither dry out nor be overwatered.
