Who are we?
We are a food tech startup, founded in Münster, which makes it easy to garden in your own home. We call it home farming. Our team is a mix of nature lovers, plant experts, techies, and enthusiastic entrepreneurs.
We not only love our plants but also our team. Only as a team can we make our mission grow.
Mission
We re-connect people with nature by making indoor farming inspiring, simple, and accessible. Everyone should grow some of their food at home and experience the magic of nature.
Working at urbanhive means self-realization, it means calling. We want to achieve something great and thus contribute to a better tomorrow. The more people join us, the greater the impact. Our goal is a homefarm in every home! The result? Less plastic, shorter transport routes, no water waste, no pesticides, pure taste, and above all, the experience of witnessing the journey of plants from the very beginning.

Do you want to do more than just move boxes and make a real impact with your work? At urbanhive, we combine logistics with innovative product development around the topics of indoor gardening and home farming. Our products – from smart planting systems to cultivated plants for testing – require reliable and flexible logistics. That's exactly what we're looking for you for!
Aufgaben
🚀 Your tasks with us:
- Picking customer orders for our smart indoor gardens
- Receiving, inspecting, and properly storing goods, including plants and components
- Packaging, labeling, and shipping customer orders
- Inspecting incoming goods and quality assurance based on delivery notes
- Processing returns and managing storage locations
- Loading and securing deliveries, as well as arranging warehouse and transport equipment
- Final assembly of products
Fähigkeiten
💡 Ideally, you bring with you:
- Training as a specialist in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in warehouse logistics (not a must)
- Proficient use of hand scanners, warehouse management systems & digital tools
- Good organizational skills and a strong spatial imagination
- Physical resilience & team spirit
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Good German language skills (at least C1 level)
